C&S America Solutions provides Call Center service to LG customers in North America Market. C&S America Solutions required a collaborative system that glues together customer information with ticket management to streamline its operation.

EcoLogix was the perfect fit for C&S America needs, as it integrated seamlessly with its Customer Management System. Since August 2008, C&S America Solutions was able to handle around 800 cases per day, which plan to increase gradually. EcoLogix helped increase the call agents performance.

Altenia Corp. delivered EcoLogis to LG CIC and successfuly replaced the existing traditional Client-Server Windows application with the scalable Web-based System, adding new Internet channel to the customers and Service Centers.

EcoLogix eliminated the architectural bottleneck and provided a richer interface and reporting which broug about better planning of the resource.

LG CIC (Customer Information Center) provides Front line Customer Support service to LG customers in Central and South America.
