C&S America Solutions provides Call Center service to LG customers in North America Market. C&S America Solutions required a collaborative system that glues together customer information with ticket management to streamline its operation.

EcoLogix was the perfect fit for C&S America needs, as it integrated seamlessly with its Customer Management System. Since August 2008, C&S America Solutions was able to handle around 800 cases per day, which plan to increase gradually. EcoLogix helped increase the call agents performance.
