Altenia Corp. delivered EcoLogis to LG CIC and successfuly replaced the existing traditional Client-Server Windows application with the scalable Web-based System, adding new Internet channel to the customers and Service Centers.

EcoLogix eliminated the architectural bottleneck and provided a richer interface and reporting which broug about better planning of the resource.

CTI for EcoLogix version 1.0 was released.

The CTI for EcoLogix allows VoIPPBX with TAPI serer to control calls and status. This component facilitates the call management in business such as Call Centers.
