LG CIC (Customer Information Center) is a subsidiary company of LG that provides Call Center service to LG customers. LG-CIC required a collaborative system that glues together the customer and ticket information for its to streamline its operation.

EcoLogix was the perfect fit for LG Electronics needs. Since August 2008, LG-CIC was able to handle around 500 cases per day. It helped increase the call agents performance.
